October 14 - 19, Juolin Lee and mentor Natalie Tin Yin Gan spent a week in residency at Antler Ridge Dance Studio on Te’mexw Treaty Association, WSÁNEĆ, Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group,Tsawwassen Territory/Salt Spring Island November. Juolin offered a workshop to community members, as well as a beautiful showing of her work in process, Soup of Forgetfulness. Juolin and Natalie also had the pleasure of learning more about the history of the Island through conversation and a walk on Xwaaqw’um, guided by local resident, T'awaxwultun (Joe Akerman)
