Black Feather

Lamondance

Project Description

Through Black Feather, Lamondance seeks to reinvent the possibilities of story-telling.

"Here, at the end of things, I can still feel it's power. When I found it, I could sense the doom of a dark omen brewing. I should have heeded the ancients warning. Nothing can withstand its power." Unknown

Power is given to those who can impact, influence and change things in a profound way. The company immerses in an original story about the game of power using the evil forces of a cursed feather, creating destruction to everyone who possesses it.
Due to this apocalyptic looming urgency and the recurring theme of death, Black Feather is a slightly spookier contemporary spinoff from the Classic "Swan Lake.

A master Piece with emerging and gifted dancers seek to move audiences past the palpable power and pain in the world to evoke all their senses in an unforgettable, epic journey.
