Brianne Chan 陳羨宜 is an emerging dance artist and choreographer based in “Vancouver”. Since completing her training at Modus Operandi, she has had the pleasure of collaborating with many dancers in the vibrant dance community, such as Francesca Frewer, Isak Enquist, and The Falling Company. She began cross-training in aerial arts in early 2023 and was invited to join Corporeal Imago for their latest remount of THROE. As a choreographer, she is grateful to have been in residence at LENA Residency and Q7 Studios as well as performances at Chalk it Up! (2022) and Boombox Vancouver (2023). Brianne consistently reinforces the belief that creativity knows no bounds, and she remains deeply inspired by the complex human experience. Considering this, she builds innovative partner work and navigates moments in and out of the floor, revealing a blend of fluidity and stability. With an open mind and a willingness to explore, she takes risks, embraces experimentation, and welcomes the unknown.
