Hailey Christie-Hoyle is a BC based multidisciplinary artist working primarily on the unceded, ancestral and traditional territories of the Sinixt, Secwepemc (Secwepemcul’ewc), Ktunaxa, and Syilx Okanagan nations (Revelstoke), and the Musqueam, the Squamish, and the Tsleil-Waututh nations (Vancouver). Her creative and performance work spans theatre, musical theatre, dance, puppetry, music and voice.

Hailey received her Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance from Sheridan College with a specialization in Direction and Choreography in 2022 and has been working across the country ever since. She has worked with companies such as Neptune Theatre (Halifax NS), Vertigo Theatre (Calgary AB), The Arts Club Theatre Company (Vancouver BC), Caravan Farm Theatre (Armstrong BC), Theatre SKAM (Victoria BC), and Theatre Under The Stars (Vancouver BC). Hailey has been collaborating with Ismailova Theatre of Dance in Toronto for eight years as dramaturg, director, and choreographer, co-developing full length dance theatre works and guiding projects from conception to performance.

In 2025 Hailey founded Little Ghosts Collective to support the production of her creative work Mirror Face, which has since been presented across BC at LUNA Arts Festival, SKAMpede Festival and Nuit Blanche Kelowna. The Collective continues to develop and produce original multidisciplinary creative works of Collective members from the BC interior to the coast.

Having grown up in rural Revelstoke BC, Hailey’s work is informed by her connection to nature, inspiring stories that explore the rhythms of the natural world, cycles of growth and renewal, and the ways humans relate to and care for their environment. She creates original interdisciplinary works integrating theatre, music, dance, and environmental storytelling, with a special focus on outdoor, immersive and site specific performance. She champions the arts in her hometown and the BC interior by teaching dance, music and theatre as well as performing, workshopping and producing her own creative works in collaboration with local artists.
