Over the past few years, Dance West Network has successfully collaborated with several festivals - LUNA Fest (Revelstoke), Community Moves Festival (Prince George), InFrinGinG Dance Festival (Nanaimo), Fluid Festival (Calgary), Festival Acces Asie (Montreal), PuSh Festival (Vancouver), Living Things Festival (Kelowna), and galleries (Burnaby Art Gallery, Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre) - and presented over 25 artists in outdoor, gallery and other settings which are alternative to theatre presentations. We pooled resources with festivals and galleries to support these opportunities.

We are interested in continuing to research these collaborative possibilities to bring dance and community-engaged work to other BC communities.
