Born near Montego Bay, Jamaica, Clifford (a.k.a. Fish) Palmer is the 5th of 14 children. Prior to immigrating to Canada in 2005, Fish entertained guests at most of the major resorts in Negril. With no formal dance training, Fish first realized that he had a knack for limbo while working as a crew member on a party boat.

Fast forward to today: Fish is married to his wife of 20 years, Dal, who is of Filipino and East Indian descent. Together, they resurrected their side business, Limbo For All, in September, 2023. Fish and Dal also have day jobs and are parents of 2 busy daughters, Ayana (age 10) and Zaira (age 8), both of whom often get involved in limbo workshops. Fish is also the proud father of his Jamaican-born children, Celia and Wayne (both in their 20s).
