Tanis Baer Over the years Tanis’ passion for dance has turned to focus on the necessity of including the history of the dance, the music and the rich Black culture from which these art forms are derived. Her hope is to create awareness and develop respect for the dancers that sacrificed themselves in order to pave the way for all of us who dance today in the studio setting.
